Job Description

Join our team at Tarmac as an Admin Team Leader for the logistics division based at our Head Offices near Birmingham Airport.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day contract haulier vehicle management and administration
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Lead a team of five direct reports
Handle front-facing interactions with Hauliers
Provide management information on volumes, KPIs, and SLAs

Qualifications

Experience leading a team and people managing
Strong organisational and time management skills
Customer service skills
Understanding of continuous improvement
Knowledge of software such as Smartsheet and Docusign
