Job Description

Monarch Education is seeking an experienced Year 4 Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary School in Saltley, Birmingham starting in September 2025 on an ongoing basis. The role involves supporting the Year 4 curriculum and creating a safe learning environment for pupils.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of the Year 4 curriculum
Assist in the preparation of learning resources
Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils
Monitor and track pupil progress
Assist with classroom management

Qualifications

Qualification in Childcare or Education
Strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum
Positive and proactive approach to supporting pupils
