Job Description

BAE Systems Digital Intelligence is seeking a skilled Data Architect to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have experience in data modelling, SQL, Python, and Java, along with familiarity with Elastic Search, AWS data storage technologies, and Apache Kafka.

Responsibilities

Analysing requirements and designs to understand data usage
Experience in data modelling and relational databases
Strong SQL skills and ability to code in Python and/or Java
Experience with Elastic Search, AWS data storage technologies, and Apache Kafka
Using appropriate software development tools
Strong knowledge of industry standard practices

Qualifications

Understanding of data compliance and legal considerations
Ability to build code in line with designs
Continual learning of languages, frameworks, and technical concepts
Ability to work collaboratively in a development team
