Job Description

Join SCTS to work within the Change and Digital Innovation team, analyze key business problems, work with stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement in services.

Responsibilities

Promote best practice in business analysis
Analyze and understand key business problems or opportunities
Undertake research and analysis to assess different operational areas
Work closely with stakeholders, both internal and external
Maintain high-quality assurance levels
Plan and deliver work as part of a cross-functional agile team
Share findings and collaborate with colleagues

Qualifications

Previous experience in business analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Knowledge of agile methodologies
Ability to work in a team environment
