Join a boutique financial services firm in Edinburgh as an Assistant Accountant. This role offers support to part-qualified accountants with experience in accounts preparation and management accounts.

Responsibilities

Assist in monthly management accounts preparation
Review and analyze balance sheet and Profit and Loss statement
Responsible for insight and analysis of key client drivers
Posting and calculation of prepayments and accruals
Work closely with finance team for accuracy of billing and invoices
Assist in year end close and associated reporting
Gaining exposure to year end audit

Qualifications

Part-qualified accountant
Experience in accounts preparation or management accounts
Ambitious and eager to progress in career
Excellent attention to detail
