Join our team as a Technical Specialist to deliver complex technical tasks for TrakCare and HealthShare solutions across the UK healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients, solution architects, and business analysts for enhancement requests.
  • Provide technical analysis and support during implementation.
  • Manage resolution of acceptance issues and provide mentoring.
  • Develop technical solutions and troubleshoot software customization.
  • Participate in training sessions and documentation production.

Qualifications

  • Experience with web languages, SQL, and data analysis.
  • Ability to design and write technical documents.
  • Client-focused interaction and good communication skills.
  • Previous experience with integration platforms and healthcare technology.
  • University degree or equivalent work experience.
