Job Description

Join iStep Learning as a dedicated Third in Charge to work closely with the Room Leader in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities
Support and inspire practitioners
Monitor children's progress and assess their needs
Build strong relationships with parents
Ensure adherence to safety policies
Assist in team development

Qualifications

Hold a Level 3 in childcare
A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
1 year experience in nursery or childcare (preferred)
