Job Description

Join DHL as a Warehouse Operative Team Leader at HM Prison Eccleshall, where you will be leading a team of prisoners in a warehouse environment and supporting their rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

Lead a group of prisoners in a warehouse environment
Reconcile stock levels within the warehouse operation
Manage accurate and timely dispatch of orders to inmates
Ensure operational targets are met

Qualifications

Current three years of UK address history
Valid UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle
Ability to work in a prison environment
Good understanding of warehouse processes
Good communication skills
