Join us as a Food Service Manager to lead our culinary and catering teams in delivering exceptional food experiences for a major High Street brand.

Responsibilities

Prepare delicious food to the highest standards
Manage culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service
Oversee catering operations, monitor budgets, and implement action plans
Communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
Support and train teams to excel in their roles
Implement and review Health & Safety standards for compliance

Qualifications

Prior management experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
Strong financial acumen
Basic Food Hygiene certificate
