Job Description

Emma Lewisham is looking for a Field Sales & Education Specialist to represent the brand within key UK retailers, drive brand awareness, educate customers and retail staff, and generate sales.

Responsibilities

Serve as the face of Emma Lewisham within UK-based retailers
Provide exceptional customer service and educate customers on product range and sustainability initiatives
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Participate in special events and promotional activities
Provide personalised skincare consultations and product application techniques
Develop strong relationships with in-store staff and conduct training sessions
Submit regular reports on store visits, sales performance, and market insights

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in beauty retail, preferably in prestige skincare
Proven sales track record
In-depth knowledge of skincare ingredients and formulations
Experience training retail staff
Passion for skincare and sustainability
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
