Job Description

Join our team as a Senior National Account Manager and contribute to our retail strategy to drive sales for our refillable deodorant product.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with key retail partners
  • Support Head of Sales in pitching for new opportunities
  • Accountable for forecasts, P&L, and achieving growth targets
  • Drive sales through customer admin, in-store visibility, and online content
  • Identify market trends and competitor analysis
  • Report and analyze data to shape commercial strategy
  • Represent the company at trade events
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations for retail plans

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in sales within FMCG
  • Interest in sustainability and wellness
  • Knowledge of Health & Beauty market
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Analytical capability and commercial acumen
  • Self-starter with ability to prioritize and manage work-streams
