Job Description

Responsibilities

- Own and manage a volume of product lines within specified timeframes

- Provide non-technical operational support via email and telephone

- Work with Account Managers to ensure smooth running of contracts and projects

- Follow up on sales inquiries, issue quotations, and maintain records in Salesforce

- Manage multiple communication channels, PO chasing, and invoicing

Qualifications

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work proactively within defined processes and deadlines

- Build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Highly organized, practical, and pro-active

- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Packages

- A positive work ethic and can-do attitude

- Minimum qualification to A Level or equivalent
