Responsibilities

Provide a calm and supportive presence throughout the night.
Monitor residents' well-being and respond to any needs or emergencies.
Assist with personal care tasks as required.
Support individuals experiencing anxiety or distress.
Follow support plans and risk assessments.
Complete accurate records of observations and interventions.
Ensure the environment is safe and secure.
Assist with light domestic duties.

Qualifications

Passion for supporting vulnerable adults.
Reliability, patience, and empathy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive and responsible attitude.
Willingness to undertake relevant training.
Care or support experience preferred.
Relevant qualification advantageous.
Enhanced DBS check required.
