Job Description

Join Safehouse Care as a Support Worker in Cricklewood, London, and help empower adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and physical disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities

Provide person-centred support with daily living tasks
Support individuals in accessing community activities and appointments
Build positive relationships with the people we support
Follow support plans and risk assessments
Assist with household tasks and maintain a clean environment
Promote independence and encourage skill development
Maintain accurate records
Communicate effectively with colleagues

Qualifications

Reliability, consistency, and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow instructions and work within routines
Proactive and responsible attitude
Previous care experience desirable
Relevant qualification advantageous
Enhanced DBS check required
UK driving licence may be needed
