Job Description

Rhodes Avenue School is looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support the learning of a pupil with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Responsibilities

Work under the direction of the class teacher and SENDCO
Support the learning of a pupil with SEMH and trauma needs
Implement support plans for behavior and learning
Work 1:1 with the student

Qualifications

Experience working with children with special educational needs and trauma
Ability to follow support plans effectively
Strong communication skills
