Job Description

Join our high-performing Customer Service Team as a fully remote Customer Service Advisor. Deliver excellent customer service through phone calls, emails, and live chat.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a consistent volume of incoming & outgoing calls, emails, and chats
  • Demonstrate empathy to customers complaints
  • Manage workflows from initiation through to resolution
  • Escalate events where a solution cannot be achieved within own remit

Qualifications

  • Prior experience of working in a contact centre environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use basic tools such as ticketing, CRM, billing, webchat
