Job Description

Join us as a Housekeeping Coordinator at The Chancery Rosewood, a luxury hotel opening in Summer 2025. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to oversee daily administrative operations in the housekeeping department, ensuring efficiency and seamless organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee housekeeping administration, schedules, payroll, and inventory management
  • Support housekeeping associates through onboarding, training, and fostering a positive team culture
  • Manage guest requests, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and contractors for department efficiency
  • Collaborate with all associates to prioritize guest satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Experience in housekeeping or hospitality management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and solve challenges quickly
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness standards
