The role involves overseeing the effective delivery of public, group, and specialist tour experiences, coordinating staffing and operational resources, and contributing to the growth and success of tours at the Royal Albert Hall.
1. Coordinate and oversee public, group, and specialist tour experiences.
2. Manage staffing and operational resources for the tours department.
3. Support the Deputy Tours Manager in meeting service standards and commercial targets.
1. Previous experience in a customer service role.
