Join our small busy family business as a Service Advisor. We are looking for an experienced individual to join our friendly team.

Responsibilities

Greeting and liaising with Customers
Answering the Telephone
Informing Customers of Workshop progress
Coordinating with the Workshop
Explaining detailed works carried out on customer vehicles
Raising Invoices
Taking payments from customers
Maintaining customer database

Previous experience in the motor trade
