Signet is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead and manage all HR activities for an esteemed organization in Oxford. The ideal candidate will create a positive work environment and implement effective HR strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Lead employee relations and manage recruitment process
Oversee performance appraisal system and reward offerings
Manage a small HR team

Qualifications

Level 7 CIPD qualification
Proven HR management experience
In-depth knowledge of HR functions and UK employment law
Experience in Higher Education is a plus
