Responsibilities

Recognize and facilitate daily needs of residents
Conduct formal supervisions and appraisals
Contribute to care planning and coaching support workers
Promote services to relatives and enquiries
Update and write care plans and documentation
Administer medication in accordance with policies

Qualifications

NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care
Proven experience in a care setting
Good team player
Good communication skills
