Join us as a Rapid Return Agent to ensure rental vehicles are returned efficiently and prepared for the next rental. This role involves customer interaction, rental processing, and vehicle inspections.

Responsibilities

Greet customers returning rental vehicles
Inspect vehicles for damages and document them
Provide directions and travel assistance
Complete vehicle inspections for next rental
Maintain organized rental car lot
Resolve customer complaints
Ensure safety and security protocols

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years customer service experience
Valid driver's license
Flexibility to work weekends
Excellent communication skills
Team-oriented
