Responsibilities

Support and deputise for the Home Manager
Provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues
Oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care
Focus on residents with complex needs
Develop care plans and assessments
Offer personalised centered care

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin
Previous Deputy Home Manager experience preferred
Good working knowledge of CQC standards
Strong clinical skills
