Job Description

Join Giacom as a Customer Service Advisor focusing on IP Voice. You will support partners in managing IP Voice and International voice orders, while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support and service to Giacom Partners
  • Provision and manage partner orders using internal and supplier systems
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues by liaising with partners and suppliers
  • Coordinate orders, tasks, and updates within specified timescales

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft packages
  • Ability to work as part of an extended team
