Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Duty Manager to lead an unforgettable summer experience at the National Theatre's Food & Drink Summer Activation event.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate team leaders and Customer Service Assistants to achieve daily targets and uphold exceptional service standards.
Ensure outstanding guest experiences by enhancing service and acting on feedback.
Maintain excellence in operations by ensuring quality food and drink offerings.
Optimize performance and efficiency by monitoring systems and equipment.
Support staff development and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

Natural leader with a passion for exceptional service.
At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Strong communication skills and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Knowledge of EPOS and procurement systems desirable.
Awareness of COSHH & Level 3 Food Hygiene desirable.
