Job Description

Lead a passionate team supporting adults in Supported Living settings to build their independence, boost their confidence, and live life on their own terms.

Responsibilities

Guide and inspire team members to deliver person-centred support
Promote independence and social inclusion for the people we support
Coordinate team meetings and attend keyworker reviews
Support with rota management, daily planning, and staff supervision
Handle incident reporting, safeguarding, and medication audits

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
Previous team leader or supervisory experience
Solid knowledge of health & safety, first aid, and moving & handling
A proactive mindset and passion for quality care
A full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
