Responsibilities

Lead a team to deliver exceptional support
Oversee daily operations and ensure top-quality care
Support individuals to live independently and achieve their goals
Conduct team meetings and liaise with management
Create and manage rotas, handle staff absence, and cover shifts
Oversee medication audits, safety protocols, and daily plans
Inspire progress and celebrate achievements

Qualifications

Experience in a leadership role in Supported Living, Mental Health, Autism, or Learning Disabilities
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
Skilled in team management, planning, and problem-solving
Passion for inclusion, empowerment, and excellent communication
