Job Description

Join Legacie Lettings and Management, a leading Real Estate Investment & Development Company in the UK, as a Customer Care Executive. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of service for Investors & Landlords.

Responsibilities

  • Understand company developments and services
  • Establish rapport with Investors and Landlords
  • Handle concerns and complaints promptly
  • Contact Investors and Landlords throughout their journey
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
  • Conduct sales and new business campaigns
  • Explain Lettings Agreement terms to new landlords
  • Process Investor and Landlord information
  • Ensure accuracy of Investor documentation
  • Keep New Development databases up to date
  • Meet or exceed service standards and KPIs
  • Conduct Market Research
  • Participate in learning and development activities
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of Customer Service experience
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Can-do attitude and self-motivated
  • Organisational and planning skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
