Job Description

Join our team at Aspirations as a Cluster Team Leader in Supported Living services. Lead by example, supervise staff, and ensure high quality care is provided to adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues.

Responsibilities

Enable service users to make choices and encourage independence.
Conduct team meetings and attend keyworker meetings.
Inform manager of staff issues and report incidents and risks.
Manage staff schedules, medication, and safeguarding responsibilities.

Qualifications

Previous experience in Adult Mental Health, Autism, or Learning Disabilities.
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
Training in Health and Safety, First Aid, and Moving and Handling.
Strong leadership and team player skills.
