- Act as the main point of contact between tenants and trade operatives
- Coordinate works and track progress
- Liaise with tenants, plan work scheduling, and make appointments
- Manage and build strong links within the teams to ensure scheduling function supports business aims
- Identify and mitigate operational risks
- Record and input information onto IT systems accurately
- Liaise with customers, internal teams, and external partners
- Previous scheduling/planning experience in social housing sector
- Exposure to reactive maintenance preferred
