Job Description

Join Marshalls plc as a SHEQ Compliance Advisor to lead Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality compliance at our manufacturing sites in Maltby and Ranskill.

Responsibilities

Monitor SHEQ compliance, policies, and management systems
Contribute to environmental planning
Manage external contractors
Assist with SHEQ investigations
Drive site improvements in SHEQ areas

Qualifications

Certificate level training (NEBOSH General Certificate or IEMA Environmental Management, etc)
Experience in manufacturing or quarrying environment
Knowledge of Safety and Environmental legislation
Experience with audits and corrective action management
Experience with quality management systems
Excellent communication skills
