Flight Club is looking for a passionate General Manager to join their Islington venue and ensure all customers have a spectacular Social Darts experience.
Control, develop and improve all aspects of the venue with a focus on maximising day time trading. Deliver exceptional standards and customer experiences. Lead, inspire, coach and develop the team. Have full knowledge and experience of controlling all elements of the business financials.
At least 1 year experience at General Manager level in a hospitality environment. Keen eye for detail. Ability to think on feet and adapt to changes. Familiarity with business financials.
