Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a HR & Payroll Manager to join a growing manufacturing company in Rotherham. This role will oversee all HR and Payroll functions for a headcount of c85 employees.

Responsibilities

Organising and maintaining employee records
Management of the full employee lifecycle
Supporting managers with employee relations issues
Running end to end payroll using Sage
Supporting line managers with recruitment
Ensure company policies are followed and revised as necessary
Create and present reports on HR Metrics

Qualifications

Competent in managing end-to-end payroll processes
Up-to-date knowledge of current UK employment laws
