Join us at Savage Garden, a rooftop bar with stunning views of the Tower of London. As an Assistant Bar Manager, you will play a key role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of the venue.

Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in managing the team
Develop creative solutions for improvement
Delegate responsibilities to ensure service standards are met
Monitor revenue, costs, and maintain quality standards
Handle conflict resolution and troubleshoot issues
Maintain cleanliness and compliance with regulations
Assist in various areas of the venue as needed

Qualifications
