Job Description

Join Bassetts as a Branch Supervisor in Dungannon, responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in day-to-day activities and achieving branch goals.

Responsibilities

Support the Branch Manager in running the branch's day-to-day activities
Supervise and motivate the team to achieve branch goals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers
Resolve issues with orders and customer deliveries
Improve customer base, retention, satisfaction, product mix, and range
Identify and recommend plans to improve profit

Qualifications

Industry or merchant experience is advantageous
Proven experience in supervising a team in a sales and customer service environment
Dependable team player with a strong work ethic
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
