Responsibilities

Guide customers through the will-writing process professionally and empathetically
Draft clear and legally sound wills tailored to individual needs
Manage cases efficiently and respond to queries promptly
Collaborate with team members and mentor junior staff

Qualifications

Passion for supporting customers and charities
Previous legal administration experience or relevant qualifications for junior roles
Multiple years' experience drafting wills or relevant professional qualification for senior roles
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Attention to detail and customer-first mindset
