Job Description

St Andrew's Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee Hard FM and Soft FM operations within a secure mental health charity environment in Birmingham.

Responsibilities

Create a culture of service excellence across all FM services
Ensure highest safety, compliance, and efficiency standards
Maintain a secure, therapeutic environment for patients, staff, and visitors

Qualifications

Strong background in facilities management
Exceptional knowledge of health and safety regulations
Experience in healthcare, laboratory or R&D environment preferred
