Job Description

Join SuperCare as a Senior Residential Support Worker in a Children's Home and make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children and young people. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and help them transition smoothly into adulthood.

Responsibilities

Direct work with young people, key working, and providing day-to-day care & support
Coordinating Care Plans for young people preparing for independence
Upkeep of establishment, health and safety, and individual young people's requests
Administrative work, record-keeping, and ensuring young people take responsibility for their lives
Responding to safeguarding concerns and attending to daily needs of young people

Qualifications

Experience working with children/young people in Ofsted environment
Level 3 CYPW or above
Enhanced DBS Check
Ability to drive
