Responsibilities

Focus on specific EMEA countries for benefit designing and project implementation
Manage HRIS benefits and leave enhancements
Coordinate new hires onboarding process and present benefits
Support global benefits design initiatives
Responsible for local operation and documentation issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless coordination of benefits initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of benefits design and management experience
Proficient in labor laws and benefits regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a complex matrixed organization
