Join Tencent as a Senior HR Business Partner supporting the gaming division across investments, partnerships, tech, and operations businesses. You will provide HR solutions aligned with business strategies, support people strategy, and collaborate with business leaders.

Responsibilities

Provide HRBP support to the gaming division
Deliver people strategy at departmental and regional level
Partner with HR Operations team for employee experience
Handle employment relations and HR projects

Qualifications

Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner
Strong stakeholder management and business acumen
Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment legislation
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Positive attitude and ability to navigate in matrixed environments
