Job Description

The Sylvia Young Theatre School is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor / Learning Support Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities

Supervise students in the absence of teachers
Support SEND students in Key Stage 3 and 4
Assist as a Learning Support Assistant when not covering lessons
Provide support to students with additional needs
Participate in school events and activities

Qualifications

Enthusiastic and can-do attitude
Team player with flexibility and organization skills
Commitment to enabling children to flourish
Experience in education sector preferred
