This full-time position is responsible for the day-to-day running of the fitness gym. The role involves leading the team in sales and operational processes, focusing on achieving various KPIs and nurturing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

Represent the fitness gym as an ambassador for health and wellness
Drive revenue generation through membership sales and product offerings
Manage costs effectively to enhance profitability
Lead by example in member-facing roles
Ensure operational processes are consistently followed
Recruit, train, and onboard new team members
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
