Job Description

Frasers Group Financial Services is seeking a Head of Fraud & Financial Crime to lead and enhance financial crime and fraud prevention strategies within the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Financial Crime team
Develop and oversee financial crime and fraud prevention strategies
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Report on the effectiveness of financial crime strategy
Manage team development and support

Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior financial crime role
Deep knowledge of AML frameworks and fraud prevention practices
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication skills
