Join Trilitech as an HR Advisor for a 6 month FTC. Work in a dynamic environment to enhance employee experience and support company growth.
Overseeing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
Facilitating cross-department communication for seamless movements of people, including hiring, internal mobility and departures
Supporting employee engagement, retention, performance reviews, and development initiatives
Managing payroll administration with HR Manager support, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Coordinating payroll processing with finance and maintaining accurate payroll records
Preparing and managing employee contracts, amendments, and compliance documentation
Maintaining HR records, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements
Monitoring and managing the HR ticket system (Asana), addressing employee queries promptly
Analysing employee requests to identify trends and improve HR processes
Assisting with HR reporting, audits, and data management
Supporting the HR Manager with ad-hoc initiatives and projects
Previous experience as an HR Advisor, experienced HR Assistant or in similarly relevant role
CIPD Level 3 at a minimum or equivalent HR qualification
Proven skills working within a fast-growing or rapidly changing environment
