Job Description

Join a fast-paced environment at Trilitech as an HR Advisor for a 6 month FTC. You will play a critical role in fostering a positive employee experience and supporting the company's growth journey.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
Facilitating cross-department communication for seamless movements of people
Supporting employee engagement, retention, performance reviews, and development initiatives
Managing payroll administration and compliance
Preparing and managing employee contracts and compliance documentation
Assisting with HR reporting, audits, and data management

Qualifications

Previous experience in HR or relevant role
CIPD Level 3 or equivalent HR qualification
Experience in a fast-growing or rapidly changing environment
