Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR Strategy/People Plan
Act as an integral member of the business leadership team

Qualifications

Chartered MCIPD qualified or extensive HR experience
Experience in organisational development and change projects
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Deep understanding of employment law
