Responsibilities

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
Build a pipeline of qualified candidates
Collaborate with HR and department leaders
Design training and development programs
Lead succession planning and career development strategies
Develop Employer Branding strategy
Develop assessment and profiling tools
Work on seamless onboarding procedures

Qualifications

Understanding of business performance
Ability to anticipate business requirements
Experience in manpower planning
Effective use of network and contacts
Background in sales or commercial business
Resourcing and recruitment experience
Knowledge of direct sourcing strategies
