Job Description

Join FTH Hire Group as a Trade Counter Supervisor, working on the trade counter serving customers face to face and handling enquiries over the phone. Manage customers, handle stock, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
Manage customers on the trade counter
Ensure depot is presentable and organised
Stock and tidy the shop and yard
Assist with loading and unloading vehicles
Handle inbound customer calls
Close sales and maximize upsell opportunities
Resolve customer complaints
Manage yard staff

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills
Strong listening skills

Proactive attitude
Call center/customer service experience preferred
