Job Description

As a Care Home Manager at HC-One, you'll be responsible for the well-being of our Residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will lead, motivate, and mentor your team, provide clinical guidance, and ensure the efficient running of the care home.

Responsibilities

Take responsibility for the well-being of Residents
Lead, motivate, and mentor team members
Develop and evaluate individualized care plans
Ensure work areas comply with relevant standards
Promote Residents' independence and dignity

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with current PIN on the NMC register
Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams
Ability to conduct risk assessments
