Job Description

As a Care Home Manager at HC-One, you'll be responsible for the well-being of residents, leading and mentoring the team, and ensuring the efficient running of the care home.

Responsibilities

Ensure physical, emotional, and social needs of residents are met
Lead, motivate, and mentor team members
Develop and evaluate individualized care plans
Monitor work areas to ensure safety and compliance
Promote residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with current PIN on NMC register
Leadership and management experience
Ability to conduct risk assessments
Kind and considerate communication skills
